The house and its environment
The manor is located in a planted park of the Cave de Prissé, on the outskirts of the village and on the edge of the Voie Verte.
The park trees provide shade for eating outside in the summer, on wooden tables near the barbecue.
Rooms have a great view of the vines close to the manor.
It is a very quiet and relaxing place.
Go for a walking or cycling ramble on the Voie Verte.

Bourgeoise house from the early 20th century, with 11 rooms for between 2 and 6 people (single beds) 1 bed 140.
On the ground floor:
Entrance hall with a large bar (25 m2). Fitted shared kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, cold store, office (12 m2)). Living-dining room (50 m2) for meals, can cater to 40 people, with veranda (20 m2). Meeting room (27 m2) for approx. 25 people.
